Brewmaster Series: Beer Dinner at theWit Hotel's State & Lake All-American Eatery April 6, 2011

With warm weather upon us and happy hours as popular as ever, theWit hotel’s all-American eatery, State and Lake (201 N. State) is offering an evening of burgers and brew. This Wednesday, April 6, from 5 to 7 p.m., all Chicagoans are welcome to attend this first in a series of Brew Masters events (other upcoming dates include April 13, April 20 & April 27).
Join Executive Chef Evan Percoco as he pairs a Craft-brewed Pilsner Urquell with his specialty Stuffed Burger—a juicy slab of beef, beer cheese, grilled mushrooms and horseradish cream—sandwiched in between a savory pretzel bun and served with tater tots. This $10 Beer & Burger special is also available all week at State and Lake after 2 p.m. The unique pairing is sure to entice your readers and stimulate the senses!
