BREAST FEEDING CLASS The Breast Feeding Class is an opportunity to learn the latest Information from our Board Certified Lactation Consultants on: - Why Breastfeed? ( Benefits for Baby & Mother) - How to Breastfeed (Positions, Frequency/Length of feedings, Signs of Adequate Feedings etc.) - Techniques for Prevention/Management of problems - Dealing with common concerns (Mothers diet, Returning to work/ School, Medications, etc.) - Helpful Breastfeeding supplies (Breast pumps, etc.) Bringing a partner to class is recommended.
