Break Out at Normandy Operation Cobra April 25, 2009

Step back to France on November 22, 1944. The "Lightning Men" of the 78th Infantry, 309th Regiment landed there and their purpose was to fight for freedom, democracy, the American way, and most of all for each other. Visit Fort Mifflin on this historic weekend and witness the re-enactment of "Operation Cobra - Breakout at Normany." Axis and Allies will recreate that awesome struggle and you can expereince it. Weapons, uniforms and equipment demos throughout the weekend. Two battles each day and plenty of sutlers with actual and replica WW II wares and weapons. Bring the whole family and watch the "greatest Generation" in action. Bring a veteran or thank one.
