Boston Derby Dames' second season kicks off with an all-star bout between the Massacre and the visiting
Dominion Derby Girls All-Stars . The Massacre have fared well against opponents from below the Mason-Dixon line, with home track wins against Baltimore's Charm City Rollergirls in April and Atlanta's All Stars in June. Will the Dominion Derby Girls All-Stars be able to prove that Virginia isn't just for lovers, or will Boston's quad-skate militia once again bring the beatdown on their nemesisters from the south?

Providence's emo-influenced rockers, the all-female Can't Face the Falling, play two minisets during period breaks. Fans of Cursive and Death Cab for Cutie take note. And, as always, everyone is invited to the on-site Fez Room for an after party with DJ Boo Boo Danger.
