Boston-Area’s Hottest Restaurants Come Together to Host 20th Annual LifeSavor for Favorite Local Charity, Community Servings

WHAT: 20th Annual LifeSavor Event
Sponsored by BNY Mellon, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and The Langham, Boston.

WHEN: Thursday, May 31, 2012 from 5:30pm to midnight

DETAILS: Guests will kick off “Boston’s Best Dinner Party with a Conscience” (Boston magazine) at 5:30pm with a cocktail reception at The Langham, Boston. Guests will dine on sumptuous appetizers, enjoy complimentary GREY GOOSE® martinis and bid on fabulous auction items.

Following the reception, parties of ten will travel to 70 of Boston’s most exclusive restaurants, including The Blue Room, Capital Grille of Boston, Davio’s Northern Itlaian Steakhouse, L’Espalier, Mamma Maria, Grill 23 & Bar, Hammersley’s Bistro, Harvest, Max Ultimate Food and UpStairs on the Square. Each restaurant donates a multi-course meal with wines, highlighting the chef’s skills and creativity. Guests will then be returned to The Langham, Boston to finish the evening with delicious offerings from the hotel’s famed Chocolate Bar at the After Party.

WHO: Community Servings is a not-for-profit food and nutrition program providing services throughout Massachusetts to individuals and families living with critical and chronic illnesses, like HIV/AIDS, Cancer, MS, Lou Gehrig’s disease and over 30 others. We provide our 1,300 clients, their dependent families, and caregivers with appealing, nutritious meals, lunch, dinner & a snack each day and send the message to those in greatest need that someone cares.
