Boot Camp Exercise Class March 3, 2009

A six week, twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays Boot Camp Exercise Class will start on March 3rd and go through April 9th. The cost is $60 for 6 six weeks. The class is great for getting into shape, cross training, and helpful for losing weight. It's cost effective and actually works for All ages.
