Celebrate Independence Day early with Powell Gardens' dazzling display of hundreds of daylilies, a daylily and iris sale, children's activities and music. The Lee's Summit Symphony Orchestra performs followed by an extraordinary fireworks display over the Gardens' 12-acre lake. Bring lawn chairs or blankets.
