Growing out of the notorious 2nd room at weekly clubbing institution Be, Boom Boom Club soon proved too hot for Camden killjoy councilors. Driven from North London by pitchfork waving puritans, the club briefly lighted up and scandalized the Bloomsbury set but still persecutors following in their expense account taxis soon caught up with them and the club was once again forced to lie low.

Finally though a new home has been found and the Boom Boom Club is reborn in the sanctuary of London’s more tolerant East End. Not just reborn though, Phoenix like it has risen more beautiful, flamboyant and daring than ever in the opulent surrounds of this fully restored former Victorian Turkish bath house.

With the best in burlesque and performance art curated by the divine Miss Vicky Butterfly and resident DJs Bioux and David H supplying a mix of 50s swing, rock n’ roll and exotica from within their gilded birdcage DJ booth, the all new swinging and dancing Boom Boom Club is here to stay this time.
