BOOKER T. WASHINGTON?S LATIN MUSIC ENSEMBLE TO PERFORM AT THE GYPSY TEA ROOM ON SUNDAY, APRIL 30TH
Now, here is a great event to support! The Latin Music Ensemble from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts will present ?Salsa New York Style? at the Gypsy Tea Room (2513 Main Street) in Deep Ellum on Sunday, April 30th. The ensemble will perform the greatest hits of Machito, Tito Puente and Tito Rodriguez. Plus, the second half of the show will feature a tribute to the Fania All-Stars and the great Latino legends of the 1970?s.
This fabulous evening of jamming and dancing goes from 6:30-11:00 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Ticket price includes complimentary appetizers, silent auction, salsa lessons, plus there will be a cash bar available. You can buy your tickets online at www.frontgatetickets.com. Parking is $5-$7.
