Book Signing with Sherri Brooks Vinton October 2, 2010

Concurrently with our 12th Annual Jam Contest and Public Tasting, we're thrilled to host a book signing for author Sherri Brooks Vinton. She will be answering questions and sharing tips on putting up your harvest. Sherri is at the forefront of the Slow Food movement - she is a former governor of Slow Food USA, and is the founder of FarmFriendly LLC, which helps chefs, restaurateurs, and food organizations support local agriculture. She is travelling to support her new book: Put 'em Up! A Comprehensive Home Preserving Guide for the Creative Cook, from Drying and Freezing to Canning and Pickling.
