Book Launch of third book, SNAIL PARK, by Hampshire Children's Author, Sarah Lucas December 13, 2008

Hampshire author, Sarah Lucas, launches the third book in her snail series of books based around fictional African Land Snail, Old McSlithers, published under the madaboutsnailbooks label.

The stories are aimed at bed-time reading and for confident readers aged between 5 and 13 and have been recommended for the Paired Reading Scheme in schools.

All illustrations by the author's 12-year old daughter, Amy.

Live snails will be on show at the LAUNCH and there will be a colouring competition to win a signed copy of SNAIL PARK (delivery guaranteed before Christmas).
