Fabrizio Carlone's Bonjour M. Gauguin

Sung in French with spoken English and English supertitles
Paul Gauguin. His life, his community, his struggles as an artist, taken from Paris to exotic Tahiti. Gauguin's own words are used as libretto with Carlone's beautiful music that evokes Debussy.
Anders Froehlich is Paul Gauguin, joined by Shawnette Sulker, Nicole Takesono, Keith Perry and Paul Murray, who represent an array of characters from Gauguin's life. Dancers from Kunst-Stoff Dance complete the cast.
Yannis Adoniou, Artistic Director of Kunst-Stoff Dance, collaborates with Mark Streshinsky to tell Gauguin's story through movement set in an immersive projected world of Gauguin's art created by Jeremy Knight. Mary Chun conducts the musicians of sfSound.
Parental notice: This show is rated PG-13 for partial nudity during the scenes set in Tahiti.
