Bolingbrook Flag Football partners with Life Source for a blood drive July 15, 2011

Hello Parents:
Bolingbrook Flag Football has partnered with LifeSource, and we are hosting a blood drive to save lives in the Chicagoland area... Everyone of our friends, age 16 (with parent approval) and up can donate blood at our drive and have the opportunity to enter your son or daughter into the drawing to attend the Gridiron Glory (85' World Champs Football Camp Experience! 400 kids from ages 7 to 18... Spread the word and let's make this event a success!

Please bring ID with you on the day of the blood drive. Proper ID is required to donate blood. A LifeSource or military ID, driver’s license, or employee badge with picture and full name are all approved forms of ID. Birth certificate along with a picture ID that includes the donor full name will also be accepted.
