Bolder Serial Debuts at the Nomad Theater

Bolder Nights, a monthly extravaganza of live music, fine art and unique theater, has added a tasty new addition to its evening line-up of programming: Bolder Serial.

Bolder Serial brings a miniseries to the stage in an audience inspired, choose-your-own-adventure format. The play series will last for three months with the same writer, cast, and story line. Each of the three 30-minute monthly “episodes” will have a month for production.

Highlights from February’s episode: Will Princess Leia-Leia ever walk again? Will Sara finally decipher the Dewey Decimal system? Will true love continue to evade Mr. Beazler? Attend Bolder Nights on February 12 at 7 p.m., and find the answers to these scintillating questions, and more.

In addition to Bolder Serial, Bolder Nights will continue to host live music before the show and art in the lobby – highlighting a different local band and fine artist every month. Following the music, will be the wildly successful “play-in-a-day” format (formerly known as Hitching Post Theater) wherein 2 writers, 4 actors and 2 directors have a mere 11 hours to write, memorize lines, rehearse and perform a play

7:30 p.m. Hitching Post Theatre – 2 original plays, written, rehearsed, and performed all in one day.

8:00 p.m. Schmoozer – Meet and greet with the artists, musicians, writers, directors and actors.

8:30 p.m. Bolder Serial Theater- All new! The theater’s version of a TV miniseries.
