We're fortunate to grab him while we're able on his short stint back in the States from Sao Palo, Brazil. He'll be unleashing sets of new original tracks, mash-ups and remixes for your listening/gyrating pleasure.

Dj Zeph and MC Azeem www.myspace.com/omrecords together are one of the Bay Area's most acclaimed hip-hop Dj/MC combo's. In 2001, Zeph's first self-titled album produced the single "Rubber and Glue" featuring Azeem...the single hit #1 on the CMJ charts toping mainstream giant Jay-Z. Zeph released his second album in 2004 entitled "Sunset Scavenger" featuring hip hop heavyweights- Lyrics Born, Boots from the Coup, and Vursatyl of the Lifesavas as well as long time collaborator Azeem. In spring '07 Zeph and Azeem will release "Rise Up", their first collaborative full-length album on OM Records.

Loop!Station www.loopthis.com Robin Coomer and Sam Bass. One woman, one man, one voice, one cello, multiple layered 'loops' hand tooled and shaped into lovely, cascading, provocative orchestral compositions with an immediate soul-rocking palpability. Their shows are intense and captivating. When you get the album home and it sounds just like the show you just saw, it becomes very apparent that LOOP!STATION is operating in a world all its own. Vau de Vire Society is once again honored to collaborate on a performance piece to accompany the hauntingly gorgeous sounds of our favorite looping duo.

The Suicide Kings www.myspace.com/touretteswithoutregrets ...coming off 2 consecutive years of packed monthly shows at their infamous TOURETTES WITHOUT REGRETS events at The Metro in Oakland, Jamie Kennedy, Geoff Trenchard and Rupert Estanislao combine their Slammin' poetry styles to feed you something you can't eat anywhere else in the Bay. These dudes are having to turn-away 150 heads on a thursday night...because the place "only" holds 350! Since forming in 2002, they’ve performed live on HBO’s Def Poetry Jam, UPN, 60 Minutes, NPR, Live 105's BFD and radio stations from the Mid-West to the Philippines. As individual slam poets, they share between them three Western Regional Slam Championships, three National Grand Slam Championships, and have won their way onto slam teams at the National Poetry Slam every year they’ve competed since 1998. Jamie's great grandfather, Scientology cult founder L. Ron Hubbard would be so proud we're certain!
