This is a unique approach to self-discovery. Combining the principles of OneTaste, 12-step recovery, Buddhism, and Somatic Psychology, this group is an open forum for - instead of fixing what is "broken" - revealing what is possible. There are 2 levels of participation.
*Core members sign up for all 4 sessions, and are assigned a contact within the group with whom to stay connected
*Visiting members may drop in for any of the sessions
Participants in the group are likely to be familiar with some sort of spiritual healing, recovery, or generally curious about the mystery of life. The meetings will cover topics such as sustainable desire, healthy sexuality, the divinity of the body, and relationship as spiritual practice. This work is intended as a complement to other recovery and healing activities...it builds bridges in communication with one's self and others. Health and healing professionals will present their experience, and participants will have direct access to having their questions answered. Sitting meditation will also be a included.
