Come workout with Heather on Thursdays mornings for Body Conditioning!
Enjoy a total body workout using weights, balls, mats, bosus, disks, bands and straps along with easy to follow cardio drills and Heather's super positive attitude. She is also subbing the Tuesday Body Conditioning class for Kumbi, so come workout on Tuesday and Thursday mornings with us!
