~ INSTRUCTOR: Jyoti Stuart is a certified and registered yoga teacher (RYT) who has experience teaching yoga full time for over a decade to a wide range of people such as the severely physically challenged, athletes, high profile clientele, elderly and corporate populations. Before teaching yoga full time she worked as a professional dancer, choreographer and dance teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from the State University of New York, and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Dance from the University of Utah. from the State University of New York, and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Dance from the University of Utah. She has taught yoga classes and workshops all over the United States as well as India . Her instruction is continually fueled by her interest and ongoing training in yoga, meditation, breath work, healing therapies, and nutrition. These body/mind/spirit techniques all have the underlying intention of deepening awareness, accepting and enjoying the journey along the way, and guiding others in that process. Her teaching facilitates and enables an awareness and balance of the whole person.
