We couldn't be more thrilled to have comedy legend Bobcat Goldthwait returning to our stage! He last performed here in the fall of 2004 shortly after he started full-time directing of "Jimmy Kimmel Live." This man is multi-talented and highly-respected in many facets of the entertainment business! He was voted by Comedy Central one of the 100 greatest stand-up comics of all time in 2004. He first performed on David Letterman's show at age 20, the youngest comic to ever appear on his show.!
Besides "Jimmy Kimmel Live", Bobcat has directed numerous episodes of "Chappelle's Show" and "The Man Show." He also directed Comedy Central's original movie "Windy City Heat."
( Very funny movie! ) In 2006, he wrote and directed the highly-acclaimed romantic comedy "Sleeping Dogs Lie", which Rolling Stone magazine called "demonically funny and surprisingly sweet."
AND he recently Wrote and Directed the dark comedy, "World's Greatest Dad," starring Robin Williams!
The film got RAVE reviews at the Sundance Festival in January!!
You've seen him in 3 of the "Police Academy" movies, alongside Bill Murray in "Scrooged" and in "Blow" with Johnny Depp. He's also guest-starred on such shows as "C.S.I." , "E.R." and "That 70's Show."
