Bobby Sanabria Big Band October 31, 2008

Multi-GRAMMY nominee and JJA Award Winner Bobby Sanabria big band returns to the Tribeca Performing Arts Center on Halloween night to present the works of Tito Puente, Frank Zappa, Don Ellis and more. Sanabria is a master drummer, percussionist, and timbalero in the Afro-Cuban tradition. Drawing on all of the cultural roots of the African Diaspora in North America, the Caribbean, and Latin America, he has become one of the foremost educators and advocates for Afro-Cuban and Global music.
