(ANAHEIM, CA) -- Blues Gone South (BGS) is a longtime, established blues band which has played to rave reviews in shows from the South Bay to their home base in Orange County. BGS – fronted by harpist-vocalist Papa J (Jeffrey Hudson) and also featuring drummer Kofi Baker (son of legendary Cream drummer, Ginger Baker) -- play a smokin’ hot mix of original blues songs as well as classic Blues numbers in a wailing, Southside-of-Chicago style. BGS has shared the stage with James Cotton, Taj Mahal, Bobby Bland, and the Fabulous Thunderbirds just to name a few. Their debut CD is entitled GOTTA KEEP MOVIN (Hound Dog Records).
