The Frog and The Hummingbird Co & Butterfield’s Roadhouse has many exciting special events scheduled throughout 2011 Their ever popular monthly Thursday night Blues and Friday night Acoustics Jams are coming up and scheduled for June 23 and June 24.. This is a free community affair…

The Jams are open to all musicians of all levels and likewise to those who simply want to enjoy the music ~~all are most welcome. The more the merrier.

The Blues Jams have covered traditional Blues, Electric Blues or Blues Rock, Funk and even touched on Jazz a bit etc… The Acoustic jams have had Old-timey, Bluegrass, Country, Americana, Folk etc Blues Jams are a stage like setting and Acoustic jams are in a traditional round

For Blues Jams Musicians are asked to put their names on a sign-in sheet noting what instruments they play and if they sing, this enables the proprietor and host to know what musicians are in the house…in this way no one gets left out…

Jams are about making music for the love of music, nurturing beginners and getting together with young and old. This is a wonderful networking opportunity so bring your business cards, fliers and let everyone know about your endeavors, and upcoming special events.

All Jams are free and open to everyone. Donations are gladly accepted.
Sales of merchandise and beverages and their dangerously delicious desserts help sustain and support the event and venue which is in direct support of the arts.

“The Frog and The Hummingbird Co & Butterfield’s Roadhouse” is a venue helping to support live music and arts of all forms… Butterfield’s Roadhouse is an old fashioned down to earth family friendly music venue for local and national artists, a special venue for traveling artists and performers, special events and jams also offering a free onsite CD Library and tabletop games. The small forum is somewhat like a combined old fashioned Juke Joint/Listening Room/Coffee and Tea Room with an up close and personal atmosphere

The establishment is a No smoking and No Alcohol environment making it family friendly and open to all ages and enabling full appreciation of the music…
Doors open at 7:30 PM (Not earlier) and Seating takes place at 7:30 PM

Reservations are Strongly Suggested. All events are subject to change and it is suggested you call or email in advance.

During all their events proprietors Salli Squitieri and Gabriel Butterfield offer assorted Beverages, teas and coffee, light fare and dangerously delicious desserts and by popular demand regularly feature their signature cheese platter…

A 10% event discount is offered for same night purchases at the gift store and free door prize drawings are done throughout the night.

Roadhouse is a Music and Art Forum currently
representing an array of artisans and hosting a variety of music and special events each month.

New arrivals of arts and crafts come in all the time,
keep checking back with us.

We are doing a transition and bringing in a fresh new look and merchandise. Additionally, we are continually working to improve seating and make everyone more comfortable. We are always evolving.

Butterfield’s Roadhouse is an old fashioned down to
earth family friendly music venue for local and national artists, a special venue for traveling artists and performers, special events and jams.

Our tiny forum is somewhat like a combined old fashioned Juke Joint/Listening Room/Coffee and Tea Room with an up close and personal atmosphere..

Additionally a segment of the Paul Butterfield Fund
and Society's (PBFS) Educational Archival Exhibit is
permanently housed and displayed at The Frog and
The Hummingbird Co and Butterfield’s Roadhouse

The Frog and The Hummingbird Co & Butterfield’s
Roadhouse offers a free on site CD Library, Tabletop
games such as checkers, chess, Uno, dominoes and
cards set on each table and WI-FI will be set up
shortly.

Sit and relax and sip on a cold beverage or have a
cup of tea or coffee, enjoy one of our Dangerously
Delicious Desserts....
