BLT Steak is greeting guests on New Year's Eve in all-out luxury: with a Champagne and Caviar cart. The indulgent cart will feature a selection of three different osetra and domestic caviars and six sparklers including vintage Dom Perignon and grower Champagnes which will range from $20-$80 by the glass.
Chef Jon Mathieson has also created an extravagant NYE Blackboard menu featuring truffle-heavy dishes like their Surf & Turf with Filet Mignon, Maine Lobster, French truffles, Pan Seared Day Boat Scallop with Foie Gras and Savoy Cabbage Fondue and a Truffle Duo of soup and risotto. Guests can order a la carte or choose the three-course prix fixe menu for $60/person.
