Jay Fisher, curator of Matisse as Printmaker and deputy director for curatorial affairs and senior curator of prints, drawings, and photographs at the Baltimore Museum of Art, surveys the chronology of Matisse's printmaking and discusses the importance of printmaking within the context of Matisse's other works.
