Black Flood Diesel is not a new comer to the Minneapolis music scene. The band was created in 2000 and has been through numerous endeavors since then. In 2006, Black Flood Diesel released the EP entitled "New Asylum" which was nominated for Best Hard Rock Recording in the 2006 Minnesota Music Awards. Filling Avoid uses their solid vocals and distinct sound to electrify the audience.
