Black Family and the Education of African American Youth: The 15th Annual Conference of the African American Genealogical and Historical Society of Tennessee March 21, 2009

This free conference will have presenters in the areas of Psychology, Education, Politics, Parents, Students, and Citizens-at-Large. The presenters will explore the role that the Black family has historically played in the education of its children, and will ask where the Black family stands today with public education in apparent flux.
