Grand opening of Mendocino Coast Recreation and Park District's C.V. Starr Community Center and Sigrid and Harry Spath Aquatic Facility. Ceremonies start at 11 a.m., followed by tours until 2:30 p.m.; center opens for business and public swim at 3 p.m., 300 S. Lincoln St., Fort Bragg.
