Professor Emeritus in the Department of History at Goldsmiths, University of London, David Killingray, will deliver a public lecture to mark Black History Month and commemorate the 200th anniversary of the abolition of the slave trade. The lecture, titled: ‘Black and White opponents of slavery, 1750-1808,’ will be followed by a reception held by the Department of History.
