Birth, a play by Karen Brody August 31, 2007

B.I.R.T.H. –Bringing Information and Resources to Houston—will present Birth a play by Karen Brody Labor Day Weekend at the Midtown Arts Center.

The production, part of BOLD—Birth on Labor Day—will take place in more than 40 locations worldwide and will present this the birth stories of seven different women in a theatrical experience that melds the unbridled hilarity, the unexpected poignancy, and the naked truth of childbirth in America. The mission of BOLD is to facilitate a global movement to make maternity care mother-friendly through grassroots arts events that educate and inspire action.
