Bird Communication - Home School Programs November 20, 2009

Birds communicate with friends, foes, and family in many different and unusual ways. Explore some of the ways birds "talk" to each other through songs, calls, and displays at our class on November 20. These classes have been developed and will be taught exclusively for home school students. Each class will begin with 30-45 minutes of instructional time, followed by a 45 to 55 minute nature walk. Our program will provide learning in an outdoor classroom (weather permitting), a guided nature walk, and a hands-on activity.

There are two registration options for scheduling a home school program: Individual or Private Group. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION Sign up your child(ren) for one of our upcoming fall programs -see topics and dates below. Class size: Minimum students - 8; Maximum students – 20. Cost: Members - $15 per student; Non-members - $25 per student. NOTE: $10/person per class for parents and siblings 4 yrs. and under that attend class.
