Binding the Wounds 1861 - 2010 March 27, 2010

On March 27, 2010, the Museum of the Confederacy will sponsor a seminar titled Binding the Wounds 1861- 2010, where five speakers will present topics covering Civil War medicine and its evolution to the medical practices of today. The seminar will be held in the Baruch Auditorium of the 1845 National Historic Landmark Egyptian Building, the home of the Medical College of Virginia Hospital during the Civil War, at 1123 East Marshall Street on the campus of Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in downtown Richmond.
