Bimbos 365 Club presents: An evening with Foreverland, performing Michael Jackson's Off The Wall and Thriller albums in their entirety plus Sex With No Hands April 23, 2011

Foreverland is a 14-piece Tribute to one of the most well-known and beloved entertainers in the world: Mr. Michael Jackson. By popular request, the band will perform Thriller & Off the Wall, two of Micheal's biggest selling albums of all time, in their entirety at Bimbo's 365 Club in San Francisco on April 23rd.

With four lead vocalists, four horns, a six-piece rhythm section, and featuring a guest string section, the group brings songs like "Billie Jean ", "Beat It," and "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' " to life, in a way that no other band has ever done. Inspired by Michael's legacy, Foreverland takes his music a step further, going far beyond any typical tribute band or MJ impersonator. Their unique approach celebrates the larger-than-life performances, imagination and infectious spirit of this legendary artist who truly gave the world a brighter day. The result is a fabulous and thumping 14-piece show band that pays homage to MJ's undeniable talent and timeless dance music.

Based in San Francisco, this electrifying group was formed in March of 2009 to honor Michael's musical genius and legendary showmanship. The ensemble is best described as a "Remarkable and Rocking Michael Jackson Revue, who has been packing crowds into some of the Bay Area's hottest clubs including: a recently sold out show at Bimbo's 365 Club, Slim's, The Regency Ballroom, Red Devil Lounge, Harlows, The Fox Theatre Redwood City, and many more. Foreverland is also expanding its touring circuit this summer to include New Jersey, LA and New York's Brooklyn Bowl, with more dates to come.

This show is guaranteed to bring those new to Michael's tunes, as well as dedicated MJ fans, to their feet and dancing the night away. Michael Jackson/Zombie attire is encouraged but not required, and Bimbo's will be offering themed drink specials. Plus, this show is even more special because Foreverland will be celebrating the birthday of bandleader Morty Okin.
