Veteren jazzers John Gross (tenor sax - Portland) and Billy Mintz
(drumset - New York) pair up for one of the most hauntingly beautiful
free-jazz duos living today. Using Mintz's compositions as starting
points, they craft an austere yet intensely soulful soundscape of
melody, texture and elongated poly-rhythms.
