From the event's web site:
The tour of Britain will visit a total of 15 venues, beginning in London on Sunday 7th September and finishing in Liverpool eight days later. For the TFL London stage of the race, BikeJam will feature alongside the event.
So in addition to the fantastic spectacle of the Tour of Britain itself, why not visit BikeJam at Tower Gardens, Tower Hill? BikeJam is a free, fun and highly interactive festival for all the family, situated at the turn of the race, just by Tower Hill Tube station - a quick hop on the District Line from Westminster.
BikeJam is open from 10.30 - 15.30 and consists of amazing bike performers, face painting, caricaturists, kids activities and an arts and crafts area for everyone to get stuck in to. You will also be able to buy something to eat at the fantastic and varied food stalls right next to the picnic area.
You wont even miss out on the excitement of the Tour of Britain as you'll find a giant screen at BikeJam showing the live action.
Have a great day out at the Tour of Britain and BikeJam.
