Pedal your way around the charming streets of Capitol Hill, enjoying the fall foliage. Starting at historic Lincoln Park we will visit other parks in the neighborhood and stop to appreciate specimen trees scattered throughout the area. The ride will conclude near Eastern Market station at historic Barrack’s Row, the site of one of the first Casey Trees planting events in 2003.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be offered for ISA certified arborists.

When: Saturday, November 5
Where: Meet in front of Lincoln statue in center of Lincoln Park, between 11th and 13th Streets on East Capitol Street in Capitol Hill
Time: 9:00AM – NOON
Fee: All events are free and open to the public. Registration is required; space is limited. Register online at http://ct.convio.net/calendar
Barring severe weather, the event will take place rain or shine.

Metro: Lincoln Park is a 5-10 minute bike ride from Eastern Market and Capitol South stations on the Orange/Blue lines and from Union Station on the Red line. Metro allows bicycles on board most weekends.
