Looking for a challenge? Want to add more meaning to life? Imagine the sense of accomplishment you'll experience when you complete our bike MS two-day ride. Bike MS features a moderate course along Connecticut's spectacular shoreline and across its lovely countryside.

Gear up for bike MS: Cardio Express Ride, presented by Mohegan Sun, and start out on a journey of a lifetime.

The Start: Saturday, September 26th at Hammonasset Beach State Park in Madison, Conn.
The Overnight: Camp Hazen, YMCA in Chester, Conn.
We will be featuring a BRAND NEW overnight evening program! More details coming soon....
The Finish: Sunday, September 27th
Enjoy breakfast at Camp Hazen.
Join us for the fun at the amazing Finish Line Beach Party at Hammonasset Beach State Park! Enjoy a New England Clam Bake, music, massage therapy, and more! Remember to pick up your luggage before you leave the Finish Line.
Registration fee includes housing and breakfast, lunch & dinner plus entertainment.
