At the top of the page, just to the right of the map, there should be two choices to watch the event or attend the event.
Just select the one you want, and Upcoming does the rest!

Rental bikes are available from Bicycle Sport shop and Austin Yellow Bike Project is brining 4 bikes for the ride.
