"Big Food and Wine Event" - Wine and Chocolate Pairing May 29, 2009

This won’t be your average chocolate and wine pairing. Chocolate, which is typically associated with bars, truffles, fountains, steamy drinks and cakes, will be transformed into a delightfully outrageous experience. Chef Cintihia Madrid will create a spicy and savory profusion of unfamiliar flavors with chocolate that will give the mouth a delightful jolt.
