Big Apple Circus And Uso Host Special Performance For Veterans And Their Families For Veterans Week 2012 November 14, 2012

As part of Veterans Week NYC, the Big Apple Circus will stage “Big Thanks Under the Big Top!,” a special performance of its new show, LEGENDARIUM, for an audience of Veterans, Active Duty Service Members and their families, on Wednesday, November 14th, 11:00AM – 1PM, under the Big Apple Circus Big Top, located at Damrosch Park at Lincoln Center, 63rd St. and Columbus Ave.

A full military color guard, with the ‘Star Spangled Banner’ sung by the USO Show Troupe, will kick off the show, and Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient Captain Paul Bucha, US Army, will serve as guest ringmaster.

The Big Apple Circus Big Thanks Under the Big Top! is a cornerstone event for Veterans Week NYC 2012, being held for the first time this year November 7-14, as a way to celebrate, thank and honor our nation’s veterans and active duty military personnel.
