The event will once again be held in the centre of Beverley, County Town of the East Riding of Yorkshire. The opening ceremony will take place at 10:00 hrs and the Mayor of Beverley will open the day. All day until 17:00 hrs there will be static displays of vehicles used by the current Military, alongside displays by the local TA Heavy Weapons Team (4 Yorks) and field craft by the local Cadet Forces. A parade of serving Soldiers, Airman and Royal Marines will enter the area for a traditional "Drumhead Service" around 11:00 hrs. The parade will be led by the Regimental Band of 150 Regiment RLC (V) and will also contain Royal British Legion Standards and veterans from many conflicts. Through the day and in support of cadet 150 the cadets will feature quite a bit and at 12:00 hrs the Sae Cadets will demonstrate Club Swinging to music provided by the Army Cadet Force Band. The Beverley Male Voice Choir will entertain us at 13:00 hrs followed by Beverley & District Pipe Band playing a medley of "Battle Hours". At 14:30 hrs The Gurkhas will take the stage to perform a traditional dance with kukris drawn. At 15:00 hrs The Hull Ladies Choir will sing for us and then the Beverley Brass Band will play until 17:00 hrs. Subject to weather permitting a Spitfire of The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight will perform a fly past at 16:00 hrs. To entertain the younger ones we have a climbing wall to challenge them, plus a Children’s Assault Course / Paintball Range / Camo/Face Painting / Bouncy Castle and our local communication specialists from The Defence School of Transport will be demonstrating "Comms procedures".

The days events conclude at 17:00 hrs when the displays will leave the Town centre and the stage will be prepared for our grand finale concert at 18:30 hrs when all our musicians will gather to entertain us with everything from "Scotland The Brave to a Beatles Medley" this will conclude with the lowering of the flag in a "Sunset Ceremony" the last post will be played and the silence that follows will be broken by the lament "Flowers of The Forest" played by Pipe Major Paul Wright. The final tribute will be 20:00 hrs when the Sea King of 202 Sqn SAR will fly over and bid everyone good night.
