Berklee College of Music, Boston Harbor Island Alliance and the Boston Harbor National Park join forces to bring free live music to Georges Island one Saturday per month (June 16, July 21, and August 18). This month’s concert features rock, pop, blues band Canary (2:00 pm) who performed at SXSW this year; blues-rock group Luke Mulholland Band (3:00 pm) who have toured with Dickey Betts and Blues Traveler; and alternative rock group Sounds of Venus (4:00 pm), offering ambient soundscapes.
Berklee Music Fest on Georges Island is part of Berklee Summer in the City presented by Natixis Global Asset Management, bringing free performances by Berklee faculty, students, and alumni to neighborhoods in Boston and beyond. For a full schedule, visit berklee.edu/events/summer.
