Diagnosed with kidney disease in 1985, Mississippi Mike Graney received a transplant in 2006 at age 48 after 5 years on dialysis. Due to rejection, he'll need dialysis again, and a second transplant, to save his life. Even with insurance, he must raise a min. of $5000 toward uninsured expenses (e.g. co-pays) in order to be transplant eligible.
