Benediction & Healing Service

St. Mary Immaculate Parish invites everyone to Benediction followed by a Healing Service on Friday, July 24th. Benediction will start at 7:00 pm followed by the Healing Service at 7:45 pm. St. Mary Immaculate Church is located at 15629 S. Route 59, Plainfield, IL.

Fr. Aniello Salicone of the Xaverian Missionaries began his healing ministry in 1995 following an extraordinary experience of God’s love for each person. He said that over the years he has witnessed miraculous healing, citing paralyzed individuals who have walked in his presence and blind individuals who have been able to perceive objects around them for the first time. "I don't heal. God does it," he stresses. He adds that he is simply an instrument through which God's power flows. Father Salicone says that God's love cannot be measured. "We are all his No. 1," he adds. “The more a person perceives the Lord's love”, he said, “the easier it is for that person to return to Him. Love others like Jesus loves you."

Fr. Salicone will share his experience of how God called him to his special ministry and how He has spoken to him many times about how God feels about us and what He is asking of us. When God decides to dialogue with Fr. Salicone, He addresses him as “Son” or “My Son.” Fr. Salicone shares, “the Lord told me one day, ‘Son, I want to tell people how much I love each of them!’ I am trying to fulfill the mission He gave me!”

Father Salicone says that God's love cannot be measured. "We are all his No. 1," he added. The more a person perceives the Lord's love, he said, the easier it is for that person "to return to Him. Love others like Jesus loves you."

Father Aniello came to Chicago in 2001 and is now Assistant Pastor of St. Therese Chinese Catholic Mission in Chicago’s Chinatown neighborhood.
