Beneath The Rim: Stories and Pictures from Inside the Grand Canyon June 18, 2012

Journey through the Grand Canyon when Western writer and Canyon hiker Rick Kempa presents a slide show and reading. Kempa teaches writing and philosophy and directs the Honors Program at Western Wyoming Community College. He has been hiking in the Canyon since 1974. A book of his poems, "Keeping the Quiet," was published in 2008, and a second book, "Ten Thousand Voices" is forthcoming in 2012.
