Ben Hammond Literally Unplugged June 29, 2006

Ben Hammond (formerly of Montreal bands The Dust Jackets, Slippery Peat, Kwek Movement, Dr Toms Leather, Kokoro, currently of Effusion who will be performing at the Montreal Jazz Festival) will be returning to Montreal to a neat little art gallery to do an entirely acoustic set. Like, actually, unplugged, not fake unplugged where they just plug an acoustic guitar into a distortion pedal and call it good. This is no mic, no amp, just some great original music and tasty covers by the likes of Marvin Gaye, Damien Rice, Beck and Paul Simon.
