BEINGLOVED: CREATIVE SOUL WORK 101

Led by Liz Ganz, Certified Nia teacher, beingLoved empowers individuals to release their pain stories held in the pain body, and take a stand for their own healing. This is done with movement from the inside out, sourcing emotional gesture, vocal expression, journaling, art and organic movement. An open system of play, artistic exploration, empathic listening, and universal human experience is co-created. This extraordinary experience is a rich resource for anyone who desires a more creative and effective vehicle for their practice and growth. The experience is inspirational for healing professionals, performers, writers, visual artists, teachers and students as a way to generate personal power and enhance knowledge of self.
