Come learn the joy and beauty of beginning Belly Dance and Nritha Yoga.
We will learn poses of compassion, strength, beauty, fire breath as a form of moving meditation.
In addition we will learn the beautiful middle eastern art of belly dance!
Wear comfortable work out clothes. You can wear a fancy scarf or belly dancing hip scarf.
You can come bearfooted or wear jazz dance shoes.
Please bring water and towel.
