In each class we focus on techniques in a fun and supportive atmosphere. A blend of yoga, pilates and cardio-dance is used to build strength and stamina. It's a true feel-good experience that connects the body and the brain while increasing your personal awareness and appreciation. The movements are natural and are excellent for low back pain sufferers. Belly dance is even good for digestion problems!
