Beginning Beadmaking with Rikki Mitman June 30, 2010

Want to learn to make glass beads? This is the class for you. We start at the very beginning, with a safety overview and time to get comfortable with the torch. Then it's on to making the basic shapes, controlling the glass, and applying simple decorations. Next thing you know, you'll be making beads! Additional classes in decorative techniques and making hollow beads will be offered later this summer.
