Beginner's Mind: Painting with an Open Heart, and FRANCO and Frank Present: The Art of Cool Project July 31, 2012

The Durham Arts Council presents Beginner’s Mind: Painting with an Open Heart by Tessa Guze in the Allenton Gallery, and FRANCO and Frank Present: The Art of Cool Project, works by FRANCO, and Frank Myers, in the Semans Gallery. On display from July 31st-September 7th, 2012, the public is invited to a free opening reception on Third Friday, August 17th, from 5-7 PM. DAC’s galleries, voted “Best Gallery” in the May 2012 issue of Durham Magazine, are open during building hours, 9 AM – 9 PM Monday – Saturday, 1 PM – 6 PM Sunday. The shows are part of the Durham Arts Council’s year round exhibition program.
